More Inkscape work
I liked the result of the intensive Inkscape session the other day, so was motivated enough to play today with another picture. Not as provocative (duh! I managed to escape unflamed!) but I think the result isn't that bad either:
This time I got help with the final polishing from Mo, Tatica and Gnokii.
Good work Nicu. The clothes could be better detailed but it is getting there.
ReplyDeleteActually the clothes were supposed bo be much darker (for a more Goth look), but working outside in a sunny day the LCD tricked me into thinking the colors are darker.
ReplyDelete@Luya: at least I got in front of my desktop, with a big, fat, widescreen, quality display and can see the problems with the clothes better (the image was created on a netbook). Did a few tewaks, hope in not that bad.
ReplyDeleteExcellent work. Love it. :)
ReplyDelete@heathenx: that means a lot coming from you, thanks!
ReplyDeleteI really think her clothes are amazing. If you want to give her a more goth look try adding some makeup. Maybe you can improve without touch the rest of the draw.
ReplyDeleteAgain, an amazing work :D
Thanks tatica! Myself, I am not entirely happy with the clothes, even now after I made them better and darker following Luya's comment (the image was initially made on a netbook, where everything look darker) but I decide to draw the line and call the image "done".
ReplyDeleteAs for the Goth part... the model is kind of a Goth, but that day she pretty much acted like a "normal" girl (well... up to a point)
